Here are some stats that describe the activity I was doing immediately before becoming pregnant.
Squats: 115 x 5
Presses: 50 x 3
Deadlifts: 100 x 8
Cleans: 70 x 6
Chin-ups: 5 max
Mile run: 6:32 minutes
5K: Around 24 minutes (probably a little more)
I was also playing ultimate two to three times a week, and played 6 tournaments prior to 6 weeks pregnant.
